Terms of Service

These Terms of Service define the conditions, procedures, rights, obligations, and responsibilities related to the use of services provided by Korea Trip Pick (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”).


Chapter 1: General Provisions

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these Terms is to define the conditions and procedures for using the services provided by the Company, as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of both the Company and users.


Article 2 (Effectiveness and Modification of Terms)

  1. These Terms become effective once they are publicly announced to users.
  2. The Company may modify these Terms if circumstances change or for important business reasons. The revised Terms shall become effective in the same manner as stated above.

Article 3 (Supplementary Rules)

Matters not specified in these Terms shall follow applicable laws and regulations.


Chapter 2: Membership and Use of Services

Article 1 (Definition of Member)

A Member refers to an individual who:

  • Is recognized as eligible by the Company
  • Agrees to these Terms
  • Completes the membership registration form
  • Receives a unique ID and password

Article 2 (Establishment of Service Membership)

  1. Membership is established when the Company approves a user’s application and the user agrees to these Terms.
  2. Users who wish to become members must provide personal information requested by the Company.
  3. When the Company approves the application, the user will be notified of their Member ID and other necessary information.
  4. The ID entered during registration cannot be changed, and only one ID is allowed per person.
  5. The Company may refuse membership applications in the following cases:
  • Using another person’s identity
  • Not applying under a real name
  • Providing false information in the application
  • Applying for purposes that harm public order or morals

Article 3 (Use and Restrictions of Services)

  1. The service is generally available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, unless there are technical or operational issues.
  2. The Company may temporarily restrict service availability due to system maintenance or operational needs, with prior notice when possible.
  3. Certain services such as online consultation may not be available 24 hours depending on the availability of the responsible staff.

Article 4 (Service Fees)

  1. The service is free of charge for registered members.
  2. If the Company decides to introduce paid services in the future, details such as timing, policy, and pricing will be announced in advance.

Chapter 3: Membership Termination, Re-registration, and Restrictions

Article 1 (Membership Termination)

  1. Members wishing to terminate their membership must send a cancellation request via email to the administrator.
  2. The request should include identifiable information such as name, ID, phone number, and reason for cancellation.
  3. Termination will be confirmed when the user can no longer log in with their existing ID and password.

Article 2 (Re-registration)

  1. Users who previously terminated their membership may request re-registration via email.
  2. Identity verification information such as name, ID, and phone number may be required.
  3. Re-registration is completed once login access is restored.

Article 3 (Service Use Restrictions)

The Company may terminate or suspend service access without prior notice if a member:

  • Violates public order or social ethics
  • Engages in criminal activities
  • Uses the service to harm national interests or public welfare
  • Uses another person’s ID or password
  • Damages another person’s reputation
  • Registers multiple accounts under different IDs
  • Interferes with the normal operation of the service
  • Violates applicable laws or the Company’s service policies

Chapter 4: Limitation of Liability

Article 1 (Online Consultation)

  1. The Company strives to maintain the confidentiality of consultation content. However, the Company is not responsible for disclosure or loss of consultation data in the following cases:
  • Password leakage due to user negligence
  • User deletion of consultation records
  • Natural disasters or circumstances beyond the Company’s control
  1. Authorized staff may review consultation content to provide appropriate responses.
  2. Consultation content may be used after removing personal information for purposes such as:
  • Academic activities
  • Publications or educational materials
  • FAQ or example consultations
  1. Consultation responses represent the individual opinions of the consultants and do not represent the official position of the Company.
  2. The Company may refuse consultation requests in cases such as:
  • Repeated submissions of identical questions
  • Use of inappropriate or offensive language

Article 2 (Information Services)

  1. Information provided by the service is general informational content only and should not replace professional advice.
  2. The Company does not recommend specific tests, products, or treatments mentioned within the service.
  3. Users are solely responsible for decisions made based on information obtained through the service.

Chapter 5: Obligations

Article 1 (Obligations of the Company)

  1. The Company will provide services to members unless special circumstances prevent it.
  2. The Company will strive to provide continuous and stable services.
  3. The Company will process user complaints or opinions through appropriate procedures.

Article 2 (Security of Member Information)

  1. Members are responsible for managing their ID and password.
  2. Members agree to receive service-related emails.
  3. Members must notify the Company if their ID is used without authorization.
  4. The Company will not sell or provide identifiable personal information to third parties without consent except in certain circumstances such as:
  • Development of new features or services
  • Providing statistical data to advertisers (without identifying individuals)
  • Delivering customized advertising or services
  1. Users who voluntarily disclose personal information in public areas (such as forums or comment sections) may have that information collected or used by third parties. The Company cannot control such actions.
  2. The Company may use cookies to improve service convenience and personalization.

Users may control cookie settings through their web browser. However, some services may not function properly without cookies.

  1. The Company may share member information with affiliated partners when necessary for service operation.

Chapter 6: Dispute Resolution

  1. Disputes related to service use should be resolved through mutual agreement whenever possible.
  2. If legal action is necessary, the court with jurisdiction over the Company’s location shall handle the case.

Chapter 7: Affiliate Links Disclosure

The Company may include affiliate links to support website operations and service improvements.

  1. The Company discloses the use of affiliate links for transparency.
  2. Purchases made through affiliate links do not result in additional costs for users.
  3. The Company may receive a commission from purchases made through such links.
  4. The Company is not responsible for the products or services provided by external vendors.
  5. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy or content of external websites accessed through affiliate links.

The purpose of this section is to ensure that users understand the Company’s use of affiliate links and can make informed decisions.
